A unique exhibition of photographs by Štěpán Bartos maps the places where Jewish prayer houses used to stand.
Most of them disappeared between 1938 and 1989 at the hands of the Nazi regime and the subsequent barbarism of the socialist period.
Through raw engravings, the author has materialized in photographs the absence of these buildings, which still reminds us of the deep scars in the history of our cities.
Free admission. Open during the opening hours of the synagogue in Jičín.
